Keith Davis is ready to join the H2 team

Keith Davis is joining H2 Real Estate team as an associate broker. Keith is focused on Smith Lake, Jasper and Walker County, and his 8 years of experience as a Realtor in the area make him an ideal fit with H2.

“I’ve been focused on business since I was 16 years old,” says Keith. He started his first business while he was in high school and sold out to his partner, helping to finance his education at the University of Alabama. “My family taught me the value of hard work from an early age. Those lessons are still important to me today.”

While at the University of Alabama, Keith met his future wife Lori. “I took a full load of classes, worked more than 6o hours a week and drove from Tuscaloosa to Walker County on my one free day to see Lori–those were busy times!” recalls Keith. Lori is a Guidance Counselor at Lynn High School and they have two daughters, Lilli (6) and Elli (3).

When he’s not at work, Keith takes an active leadership role at the Church of Christ in Blackwater, where he and Lori both teach Bible classes. He’s also the Vice President elect of the Walker Board of Realtors, the Vice Chairman of the Walker County Republican Party, a member of the National Association of Realtors, member of the University of Alabama Walker County Alumni Association and a Board Member of the Indian Creek Youth Camp.

Keith says, “I’m happy to join H2 as they continue to grow in this part of the state–it’s an exciting time to be a part of the business as it expands.”

She grew up spending her summers on water skis, and this past Memorial Day weekend it was time to try her mad skills out on the wake board. She says, “I was so worried that I would not be able to get up. But I popped right up out of the water. It was so much fun! But my arms and back were really sore for two days.”

The most impressive part? Not one hair wet or out of place. That wouldn’t be proper! Ha! Seriously, you go Cass!

You’ve just got to meet our Lynn. She’s, well, kind of a “big deal.” As far as we can tell there’s not much she’s not fantastic at, but real estate has always been a passion of hers. Over the years she has purchased several homes, fixed them up to her stellar standards, and has either sold them or currently rents them. She has worked as a Realtor for just over two years. In that short time she has become a Multimillion Dollar Producer, and has earned a position in the prestigious Club of Excellence. Prior to choosing to make real estate her full time profession, Lynn worked as the administrator of a neurosurgical practice for 20 years while also owning her own jewelry store that specialized in fine diamonds and unusual gold pieces. No doubt, she’s a sharp lady. She’s also funny, stylish and creative. But we like her best because she’s a complete joy to be around.

Lynn specializes in Silverock Cove at Smith Lake and the Birmingham area. She is sold on the Silverock Cove life and believes that the return on investment is more than monetary. She likes to say, “It’s about families making memories, and that is something we will have always.”

An outdoorsman by nature, Allen coaches rugby, duck hunts and volunteers for the Boy Scouts of America and the American Red Cross.
