Lynn Tankersley, Silverock Cove Realtor

lynn1

You’ve just got to meet our Lynn. She’s, well, kind of a “big deal.” As far as we can tell there’s not much she’s not fantastic at, but real estate has always been a passion of hers. Over the years she has purchased several homes, fixed them up to her stellar standards, and has either sold them or currently rents them. She has worked as a Realtor for just over two years. In that short time she has become a Multimillion Dollar Producer, and has earned a position in the prestigious Club of Excellence. Prior to choosing to make real estate her full time profession, Lynn worked as the administrator of a neurosurgical practice for 20 years while also owning her own jewelry store that specialized in fine diamonds and unusual gold pieces. No doubt, she’s a sharp lady. She’s also funny, stylish and creative. But we like her best because she’s a complete joy to be around.

Lynn specializes in Silverock Cove at Smith Lake and the Birmingham area. She is sold on the Silverock Cove life and believes that the return on investment is more than monetary. She likes to say, “It’s about families making memories, and that is something we will have always.”

Lynn is a member of the Birmingham Association of REALTORS®, Alabama Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

An outdoorsman by nature, Allen coaches rugby, duck hunts and volunteers for the Boy Scouts of America and the American Red Cross. And when he’s not doing one of the above, or chasing after his two sons, Jacob (7) and Jonah (3), he’s introducing people to the Silverock Cove lake life. Easy going and authentic, Allen connects with his clients instantly. He genuinely wants to help people find the perfect lake home. He’s a family man first, and that’s evident when he walks people through Silverock Cove. He knows the true value of what a family can gain from time together in a place like this. And he’s more than happy to show you around.

Allen is a Certified RealtySouth Associate (CRSA), as well as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Silverock Cove Realtor, Cassie Moore

cassiemoore

If you are from the Birmingham area you may recognize her as the former host of the local TV talk show, Birmingham Nights. We love Cassie because she’s smart, funny, and has never met a stranger.

Before she began selling real estate, Cassie worked for her family’s jewelry business, so she knows a thing or two about the value of true beauty. Cassie has been a real estate agent with Realty South in Inverness since 2005. She is a member of the Birmingham Association of REALTORS®, Alabama Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. She specializes in the Birmingham area and Silverock Cove on Smith Lake. Cassie is passionate about selling Silverock Cove because she grew up spending her summers at Smith Lake. It was here that she fell in love with lake life.

When Cassie’s not helping people find their dream lake home, she’s either running marathons or hanging out with her best friend Rocco, a 135-pound English Mastiff.

A Little Extra Information About Your Lake

Dock Image in Frame

Smith Lake spreads throughout Cullman, Walker and Winston counties. In 1961 Alabama Power built the 300-foot high dam to hold the Sipsey Fork of the Black Warrior River to form the lake. This massive body of clear water is the second cleanest freshwater lake in the U.S. behind Lake Tahoe and boasts a surface area of 21,200 acres, 500 miles of shoreline, a watershed area of 944 square miles, and a maximum depth of 264 feet. The western side of the lake is crowned by the 180,000-acre Bankhead National Forest. The Sipsey Fork of the Black Warrior River flows through the Bankhead National Forest. The Sipsey Wilderness, Land of a Thousand Waterfalls, lies within the Bankhead National Forest and is home to Alabama’s largest tree, a tulip poplar with a 21-foot circumference at its base.
