The first homes in Phase III are nearing completion.

As the 2011 winter season becomes a distant memory, our construction crews are making progress on some new projects at Silverock. The homes in Phase III are underway, and we’ve nearly completed the new H2 office.

Our new office is going to double as a coffee shop with a covered porch. A modern design matched with local materials make the structure unique. The porch will look out onto a terraced green that leads to the water’s edge. This is going to be a great spot for tossing a frisbee or kicking a soccer ball. A patio and a picnic table will be added close to the dock and will make a nice addition to the grounds during larger events.

And we’re installing a rock garden at the end of the Phase III cottages. This provides an appealing dividing point as the road turns uphill towards what will eventually be Phase IV at Silverock. The boardwalk leads up to the rock garden as it follows the water’s edge.

If you haven’t been to Silverock this winter, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by all the activity. We look forward to seeing you soon!
